Easy to use ordering and perfect delivery every time

I already wrote a review last week. I ordered a mug filled with tulips for a gentleman friend believing tulips were a good masculine choice and included a note. I phoned my friend day after delivery to learn he received a mug of roses and no note. He contacted the florist to inquire who sent the flowers. I sent two emails directly to the florist to inquire what went wrong and received no reply. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
