Very good service and beautiful flowers even though not what I originally wanted but the best done in difficult circumstances of the lock down.

Ordered flowers for my cousin's funeral which we couldn't attend because of the corona virus situation. Wasn't sure what to expect with the disruption to deliveries etc but the photos I saw later showed a lovely arrangement, exactly as we wanted.

Thanks so much to Susettes Flowers in Bury, UK! We were actually on Skype (we live overseas) chatting to mum when the arrangement was delivered. Absolutely beautiful and just like the picture online! And the best part was that we got to hear and see mum's delight. Our son really loved that as he saw for himself how happy his Nana was! Thanks again! And thanks also to the delivery lady - very polite and professional, and practicing safety measures! A ray of sunlight cast in these uncertain times!

I asked for some flowers to be sent to my Mother on her 91st Birthday. I sent in the order in the morning and by the time I reached her later that day the order had arrived!! The Flowers looked lovely; she was delighted with them, all day and said so frequently! It could not have been easier.

Did not send what ordered; sent poor quality replacement. Picked up flowers and did not replace. Have not been issued a credit.
